PruHealth has launched online mental wellbeing tools as part of its Vitality wellness programme.
Employees can undertake four online assessments looking at stress, psychological wellbeing, resilience and social support to give a complete picture of their emotional and mental wellbeing.
There is free access to support provided by Living Life which includes an online life skills course that uses cognitive behavioural therapy and consists of modules, worksheets and ebooks.
Neville Koopwitz, chief executive officer at PruHealth, says: “In order to help people understand their mental wellbeing we have designed a range of online assessments. We then go a step further and complete the picture by providing a solution for those that need a helping hand with supporting tools.”
