9PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is to webcast presentations on financial education and flexible benefits for staff at the consulting firm.

PwC's window for flex closes in mid-September and employees can log onto webcasts and view presentations on various flexible benefits. A trio of flex webcasts has been created for specific groups of employees, namely, staff with families, graduate staff and those employees who are single.

Toni Graves, UK reward and recognition leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers, said: "Last year we carried out roadshows with [a presentation] that we repeated for all employees, but this year we are using webcasts and just focusing on the benefits that we think will be relevant to certain staff."

The firm's 15,000 employees will also receive an email promoting a webcast on financial education that has been put together by PricewaterhouseCooper's in-house financial planning advisers.

"The financial education is for all staff and it focuses on the pension scheme, investment decisions, and how to invest money for children," added Graves.

The webcasts are available to view at any time and are also interactive, with employees able to email any perks-related questions to the benefits team, whereupon they are emailed a response.
