PricewaterhouseCoopers has acquired Halliwell Consulting

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has acquired executive remuneration consultancy Halliwell Consulting.

PwC will absorb the niche reward consultancy, which provides advice on executive remuneration and share schemes to medium-sized organisations, into its mid-tier reward business.

Michael Rendell, partner and global head of human resource services, PwC, said the acquisition demonstrates its commitment to working with mid-tier organisations.

All Halliwell Consulting clients have been notified of the changes and have been moved across to PwC.

All Halliwell staff, including partner, Marcus Peaker, and director, Paul Wolstenholme, have joined PwC. They will be based at PwC’s London Embankment Place office.
