Earlier this month, Employee Benefits reported that the Workers (Predictable Terms and Conditions) Act 2023 has received Royal Assent. It will give all workers, including those on zero-hours contracts, the legal right to request a predictable working pattern if they satisfy certain eligibility criteria.
