New employee benefits provider Pinch is to offer reward and recognition services, benefits products and analysis of management data.

It will offer voluntary and flex schemes, total reward statements, retail discounts and tax-efficient perks.

Bruce Rayner, co-founder of Pinch, said it will also focus on getting the right benefits messages to relevant staff using data analysis and segmentation to inform its communication. It will use technologies similar to Facebook and Twitter.

Rayner, previously chief executive at You at Work, said: "Things employers constantly ask are: Does the scheme work? Who uses it? Is it value for money?"
