Sony Pictures Entertainment has appointed Petra Hughes as director of compensation and benefits, Europe, the Middles East and Africa (EMEA).†
She was previously group compensation manager at publishing company Reed Elsevier for 15 months where she focused on executive pay for the top 300 staff globally.
Before that, Hughes spent five years with Prudential as an HR generalist, responsible for its private equity house, PPM Capital.
