Paradigm Pensions has launched an online marketplace, designed for employee benefit providers to showcase their products and services free of charge.
The marketplace is available through Jargon Free Benefits, the online pension compliance and flexible benefits system developed by Paradigm Pensions founder Steve Bee.
Bee said: “I set up Paradigm Pensions with the express intention of helping forward-thinking advisers gain greater access to the opportunities in the employee benefits space.
“With the right tools and technology, I believe they are perfectly placed to provide small- and medium-sized employers with cost-effective access to the kind of systems and benefits historically only available to the very largest organisations.”
