Oracle has appointed Michelle Connolly compensation and benefits director, covering the UK, Ireland and Israel.
With eight years’ experience in reward, her previous roles include HR business partner - talent and HR business partner - reward at Amey, and reward consultant at Sage UK.
Connolly was chosen as one of the Hot 100 benefits managers in February 2012
