Insurance broker NFP, has announced the acquisition of Johnson Fleming Group Limited and Johnson Fleming Future Life Planning Limited (together, Johnson Fleming).

Announced on 20 April 2020, NFP has merged with the organisation that closed for business on 17 January 2020.

Johnson Fleming, previous pensions specialist, employee benefits, and group risk adviser to employers, specialising in areas of consultancy, administration and engagement will work as an extension of a client's internal team.

Simon Fletcher, chief executive at Johnson Fleming, will report to Matt Pawley, senior vice president at NFP. Iain Chadwick, principal at Johnson Fleming and Tom Claridge, customer services director will continue to lead their individual practice areas as part of the transaction.
