Siemens has launched an online voluntary benefits scheme to give staff the chance to take advantage of its bulk buying ability.
The company launched the scheme at the beginning of this month and it will be available to all of its 18,000 employees.
Ben Debnath, head of HR policy and processes at the business services firm, said that the launch of its latest discounts scheme was designed to keep its benefits offering fresh.
He added that he wanted staff to receive real benefits through the package, rather than just introductory offers.
