Royal London Group has switched its eye care voucher provision from Accor to Specsavers. Ron Young, group safety manager at Royal London Group, said the new scheme was "easier to administer and manage, and is cost effective." He added that the previous system required staff to use more than one voucher for treatment, but Specsavers' system uses a single voucher.
A spokeswoman for Accor said it will continue to supply Royal London with with other benefits, such as childcare vouchers.
