Novartis UK will begin a feasibility study into flexible benefits in July, following the acquisition of pharmaceutical group Chiron in April, through which it has inherited a flex package.
Jeanette Piorkowska, head of reward and HR operations for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, said the firm was aiming for a total reward strategy.
It will also launch a self-service HR information system to allow staff to view perks information online.
