Standard Life has appointed Sandy Begbie group transformation and people director after merging its transformation programme and HR division.
Begbie joined the insurance company in January 2010 as group transformation director after leaving Aegon, where he was HR director.
As a result of the internal merger, Mike Conway, Standard Life’s group HR director, will be leaving the organisation.
