Hepworth Building Products is putting together a replacement defined benefit (DB) pension scheme for staff, following its takeover last month.
Dutch pipe supplier Wavin acquired the business, but said workers will still be able to access a DB plan and it hopes that the same benefits will eventually be extended to new members of staff.
