Nationwide Building Society has appointed Carol Hosey head of reward and recognition.
Her previous roles include group head of employee pay policy and benefits at Lloyds Banking Group, interim head of compensation and benefits at Skandia, and interim group head of compensation at HSBC Insurance Brokers.
