Mike Cutt leaves head of HR role at Boots the Chemist

Mike Cutt has left his role as head of human resources at Boots the Chemist.

It is understood that Cutt was looking for a group wide role following the take-over of Alliance Boots by a consortium led by private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Stefano Pessina. However, this was not possible as Cutt's role was effectively limited to the Boots division and the company's group HR role is already occupied by Stephen Lehane.

Cutt's position at Boots has not yet been permanently filled.

Cutt started at Boots in October 2005 after leaving his role as HR director at retailer B&Q.†
