Midlands Co-operative Society has appointed Simon Belton head of reward.
He previously served as head of pensions at Spirit Pub Company for four years.
Belton’s previous roles in the industry include: international benefits consultant at Thomsons Online Benefits, service delivery manager at Hewitt Associates, regional operations manager for south-east Asia at Black Mountain Singapore, manager for UK and Hong Kong at Arthur Andersen and pensions consultant at KPMG.
