Mercer health and benefits has appointed Kim Honess head of flexible benefits.
She was previously head of flexible benefits consulting at Towers Watson – and, pre-merger, Watson Wyatt.
In her new role, Honess will be responsible for both the firm’s consultancy and administration teams. She said: “Mercer has brought together the consultancy and administration teams under the health and benefits side of the business. This is something that has been done only this year.”
She explained that this change means that a full range of services will be offered from one team.
