Mercer adds to executive remuneration team

Mercer has appointed Patricia Bradley reward consultant as part of its drive to expand its executive remuneration business in the UK and Europe.

Bradley was previously a corporate governance analyst at Pensions and Investment Research Consultants (PIRC), where she advised institutional investors on the performance of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.

She began her career at Baring Securities, working as an analyst within its research and investment team.

Mark Hoble, European head of the executive remuneration team at Mercer, said: “The UK is a growth market in executive remuneration for Mercer and the appointment of [Bradley] will help us to further solidify our position as a pan-European executive compensation business.”
