Hotel group Malmaison has enhanced its voluntary benefits by offering cash back to staff. The new scheme, which went live in June, uses Asperity’s Reward Gateway platform and gives staff access to over 1,500 discounts.

Staff will be eligible for cash back on online shopping and discounts of up to 15% on groceries and fuel. The move follows Malmaison switching voluntary benefits providers to Asperity, having previously used Motivano through BHSF. BHSF will continue to provide an employee assistance programme and a cash plan to Malmaison staff.
