Love2reward has launched a new voluntary benefits platform that aims to help employees make savings on everyday expenses.
The scheme, Everyday Benefits, was developed after the provider researched what employers and their employees were looking for in a voluntary benefits package.
Its findings highlighted discounts on supermarket shopping, meals out and high-street shopping.
The Love2reward platform features an HR toolkit that includes posters, video, downstream emails and a presentation to help employers set up the scheme.
Alex Speed, head of employee benefits at Love2reward, said: “We have developed an inexpensive enhanced benefits platform that offers employees savings on everyday expenses.
“The Everyday Benefits card gives employees an 8% discount every time they load funds onto it, and can be used at more than 12,000 stores, including Marks and Spencer, Argos, Debenhams and Toys ‘R’ Us.
“Employees also receive a free Gourmet Society card, which offers up to 50% off meals at more than 6,000 restaurants across the UK and supermarket cards for Asda and Sainsbury’s, so they can enjoy a 4% discount every time they load funds onto their cards.”
