Lisa Day has moved to fashion retailer Deckers Brands as total rewards manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Day was previously global reward manager at market research firm TNS, reward and human resource information systems (HRIS) analyst at the De Beers Group of Companies, and pay and HR analytics officer at Commonwealth Bank.
