Ladbrokes has upped its benefits communication after it found the company's numerous perks were baffling staff. HR manager Rachael Etebar said: "People were becoming confused. It makes sense to communicate it properly when you're spending all that money."
Currently, benefits on offer include a defined benefit pension scheme, discounted sporting tickets and a bonus scheme that pays £5,000 for successfully proposing a new site. The bookmakers intends to mail a comprehensive benefits guide to employees' home addresses, and make changes to its intranet site.
