Kwik Fit Financial Services (KFFS) has seen more than 50% take-up of a gift card it has added to its flexible benefits scheme.
The retail gift card, provided by Edenred, contain points that can be spent like cash in UK retail and leisure outlets. The firm’s 1,000-plus staff can use their flex allowance to obtain the card, which replaces paper vouchers, and top up the amount it contains.
KFFS also plans to use the card to reward sales staff. Annual top-ups will be given to employees who meet performance targets.
Elizabeth McVeigh, group HR manager at KFFS, said: “We are looking for additional performance and quality. If an employee reaches certain performance standards, that all goes towards building their pot over the year.”†
