Alshaya has appointed Kevin Trott HR manager for Kuwait.
Trott moves to Alshaya from Asda where he worked his way up from checkout operator through roles including customer services manager, store people manager and colleague relations team adviser.
His most recent post was as colleague engagement team leader, where he was involved in supporting Asda’s health and wellbeing agenda.
