Investment bank JP Morgan aims to bring benefits under one umbrella for its 14,500 UK staff.

Adam Brooke, vice-president of UK employee benefits, said the bank was liaising with its flexible benefits provider Vebnet about an online portal, which he hopes will be live by next February, when the flex enrolment window opens. “We still get employees asking us what core benefits they have got,” added.

The company is considering introducing a salary sacrifice car scheme and restaurant cards, possibly early next year. “We have a number of locations outside London, such as Bournemouth, Glasgow and Swindon, where the
car scheme was a popular idea among staff," said Brooke.

JP Morgan’s benefits team has been liaising with its counterparts in Europe, the Middle East and Asia on the new perks, but Brooke added: "We would look to be first on this".

Adam Brooke will be speaking at Employee Benefits Live on 27 September.
