Sally Johnson, HR pension benefits leader at IBM, will be leaving the company in May after 23 years’ service. Johnson has taken voluntary redundancy.
She plans to carry out consultancy work in flexible benefits and pensions, and pursue her love of photography.
Johnson started her career in pensions at British Leyland (latterly Rover) in 1979 before joining IBM in 1987
