In the role, he will be responsible for the ongoing development of the consultancy’s global employment strategy, benefits and reward, talent management and recruitment.

With more than 25 years in HR, Malley has held positions at Arup, Aecom and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).

“I will be working to extend the approach to developing talent internationally and helping people to be more globally mobile,” Malley said. “To achieve this, we will be putting energy into making sure the company has the right HR skills to achieve this.”
