Jelf Employee Benefits has launched a flexible benefits platform which aims to refresh the way in which small and medium enterprises (SMEs) communicate their benefit programmes to employees.
The product, which has been developed with Vebnet, can be re-branded for each organisation.
It helps HR professionals control data management, provide access to relevant industry news, and to advise on areas such as disciplinary procedures.
The product is available in three different levels: Tier 1 provides access to all benefits including pensions, private medical insurance and dental cash plans, with access to a retirement planner and the intranet site; Tier 2 provides all the functionality of Tier 1 but with the addition of total reward statements; and Tier 3 includes all the other offerings along with access to voluntary benefits and shopping sites.
Julia Turney, head of benefits management at Jelf, said: “This platform improves the communication, engagement and management of benefits, particularly for smaller employers.
"It is an excellent entry-level proposition for smaller employers and allows them to build up to more interactive tiers as and when their business or employees require."
