Hewitt Associates has appointed Jason Taylor as senior associate. Taylor was previously managing director of benefits provider Benefex and has moved across following last September's partnership between Hewitt Associates and Benefex. Taylor has nine years' experience in benefits and human resource outsourcing, having also worked for Ceridian and Northgate Rebus.
He said: "Having gained considerable experience in the field of human resource outsourcing, it was a natural move to join Hewitt to help in developing its benefits outsourcing offering.
"The economic background of the last two years has driven growth in demand for our services and I am looking forward to broadening the use of Hewitt's outsourcing solutions in existing markets and also taking it into new ones."
