Southern Water has appointed Janine Sparks head of reward and performance.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the reward and benefits industry, Sparks has spent the past five years as senior reward manager at British Airways.
Her other previous roles include head of reward at Lloyds TSB Asset Finance and personnel officer at Morgan Grenfell.
In 2013, Sparks was named Employee Benefits Professional of the Year at the Employee Benefits Awards.
