We have had a busy and eventful year in Freshfields’ benefits, transforming our flex site, implementing a suite of health and wellbeing initiatives, and engaging employees.
To get some external recognition for everything we have tried to achieve is fantastic.
We believe passionately in the role of benefits in differentiating Freshfields as an employer and in the depth of support we can provide to employees by offering the benefits we do.
Possibly the biggest achievement for us as a team this year has been successfully engaging employees so they make the most of the benefits products and services available.
In winning this award, we owe a debt of gratitude to a wider team of people at Freshfields who have helped us in this process and also the third-party benefits providers that have devoted time and energy to supporting us in our aims.
We hope to use this award to further promote our objectives in the coming year.
