Computershare Investor Services has revamped its voluntary benefits package following a change in benefits provider.

The financial services and technology provider has replaced Vebnet with Thomsons Online Benefits and introduced a cycle-to-work scheme via salary sacrifice.

The new scheme, launched last month, will continue to offer dental insurance, health insurance, critical illness cover and mobile phones. In addition, there is a range of voluntary discounts at retailers and on leisure activities.
The scheme was communicated to the firm's 1,450 staff with a poster campaign and emails.

Neil Benham, payroll manager at Computershare, said: "We just wanted a one-stop shop and user-friendly technology. We are hoping for a higher take up and to get people more excited about their benefits, to give it a fresher feel, and get [staff] engaged."
