Pandi, the IT infrastructure provider, has launched a flexible benefits plan in an effort to boost staff engagement levels.
The firm had been disappointed with take-up levels around core benefits, that included death-in-service cover and a Bupa healthcare plan, and put this down to poor communication with its largely field-based employees.
It hopes the online flex scheme which offers seven options, three fully-funded by the company and a further four that will be available via salary sacrifice, including a cycle-to-work scheme, a group personal pension plan, childcare vouchers and health assessments, will help solve this. The firm's core perks will now be offered via flex.
The scheme is being communicated to employees via the internet and through road shows hosted by provider Thomsons Online Benefits.
Pandi staff have access to an online account, from which they can choose perks.
Kay Jones, people director at Pandi, said: "We're thrilled to be introducing the flexible benefits scheme. We believe it will unite Pandi employees and help them feel engaged as part of a wider team [nationally]."
