Home Instead launches discounts scheme

Home Instead Senior Care has launched an employee discounts site for its employees.

The site, which is called Home Instead Benefits, is provided by BHSF.

The senior home care provider has offered staff at a number of its franchises a health cash plan through BHSF for several years.

Kevin Warburton, project manager at Home Instead, said: “Many of our franchise owners recognise that the introduction of a health cash plan is a good way of rewarding staff, in addition to helping with retention, and reducing staff absence.

“Through BHSF, our staff are able to make their wages go that bit further, with the introduction of a discounts website, enabling them to save money on their everyday shopping.”
