International Workplace Group, the world’s largest platform for work with brands including Spaces and Regus, is now offering a comprehensive wellness package for its UK customers, who will have access to enhanced workplace benefits through Hussle’s Monthly fitness passes.

Covering 94% of UK postcode areas, the Hussle Monthly pass provides unlimited access to thousands of UK gyms, pools, spas and online fitness classes, including leading brands such as Nuffield Health, Everyone Active, Fitness First and Village Gyms, alongside the best independent and local gym brands.

The partnership will further support the wellbeing of IWG customers, enabling them to access the fitness activities they enjoy wherever they are working.

IWG and Hussle first partnered together in 2022, following IWG research that showed Brits were increasingly reliant on their workplace benefits to stay healthy at an affordable cost. This new partnership builds on the previous package, now offering unlimited access for all customers.

With further recent research from IWG showing that almost eight in 10 (79%) workers report that working flexibly provides leads to better work-life balance and reduced feelings of anxiety, access to health and wellbeing facilities and services has never been more important.

Leading Harvard academic Professor Nicholas Bloom has long championed hybrid working as the optimum solution for both employee and employers, with his studies finding that greater flexibility over how and where employees work offers a multitude of benefits for workers, including enhanced work-life balance, financial savings and health benefits. Employers also reap the rewards of hybrid models through increased firm productivity, cost savings and a more efficient, engaged workforce.
