Vicky Rose has been appointed reward manager at mobile satellite company Inmarsat. She moves from the role of reward manager at Cardif Pinnacle Insurance, where she spent four years.
At Inmarsat, Rose will be responsible for the design, delivery and administration of the organisation's pay and benefit programmes. Before working at Cardif Pinnacle, Rose spent eight years in reward and benefits at First National Tricity Finance.
