Reward managers from top firms such as BP, Virgin, Sony Pictures and Kellogg's will be among delegates at the Employee Benefits Summit in Monte Carlo on 3-5 June.

The Summit, in its fourth year, is established as the premier reward event for the UK's top benefits managers to exchange views on the future of the industry.

The packed schedule includes three plenary sessions covering topics such as total reward in a recession, and the globalisation of benefits. Speakers include the economist Roger Nightingale, Personal Accounts Delivery Authority chief executive Tim Jones, and reward expert Duncan Brown.

Delegates will attend eight workshops on topics ranging from achieving a return on investment on reward, to cutting costs without cutting benefits. Run by our sponsoring partners, the workshops are conducted in small groups of three to five delegates.

Networking is maximised at lunches and dinners to ensure that delegates, for whom the event is free to attend, get full value for their time out of the office.
