Inchcape Fleet Solutions has added a health screening programme to the range of health benefits it has rolled out in 2010.
All 170 employees have access to the programme to encourage better health and wellness practices.
The other new offerings include: healthcare cash plans through Health Shield, fruit on Wednesdays, a three-hour birthday lie-in and discounts at local gyms.
The comprehensive set of health screening tests look at all the common causes of long-term illness. As part of the session, employees also have a lifestyle assessment and an action plan to help maintain good health. Results can be accessed and tracked online confidentially.
