Hutchison 3G has appointed Paul Bissell head of reward.
He was previously head of reward (fixed line) at Vodafone UK and head of reward at Cable and Wireless Worldwide, before it was purchased by Vodafone.
Prior to that, Bissell held a range of roles at Nationwide Building Society, including retail training manager, HR consultant, reward consultant and head of reward.
Bissell was shortlisted as ‘Employee Benefits Professional of the Year’ at the Employee Benefits Awards 2014.
