Nearly 60% of HR professionals believe employees would value help with funding dental treatment, but only 25% actually provide dental benefits. The Corporate dental survey, carried out by healthcare provider HSA, found that 44% of the 190 HR staff questioned said they had been asked by employees to provide dental benefits. However, only 13% of companies that did not already offer dental benefits said they would consider funding such a scheme.
