Heinz has revamped its reward offering by launching a voluntary benefits scheme to 3,500 of its employees.
The scheme will be introduced across the organisation at the end of November, when staff will receive a discount card they can use at a variety of retailers to purchase household essentials, petrol and groceries. Staff will also be able to buy discounted retail vouchers and get money off products when shopping online.
Provided by P&MM and Countdown, the scheme also gives members access to an online travel agency where they can obtain discounts on flights and holidays.
Ken Horrocks, head of reward for Heinz UK and Ireland, said:"Anticipation for the first phase is high as the crunch means employees are looking for savings, particularly on everyday items."
