Under the new arrangement, the insurance broker will continue to self insure its own PMI cover but the BHSF-provided healthcare cash plan will pick up the excess cover of £150 staff are required to pay, as well as providing eyecare and workplace therapy benefits.
All PMI claims will be individually case managed by Healix.

Karen Gamble, regional director of employee risk at Health Lambert said: “The core costs of the private medical treatment are now met by Heath Lambert Group’s own healthcare trust, with BHSF picking up the excess for employees.”
