Harvest Housing Group has launched a benefits portal including a new voluntary benefits scheme and online total reward statements (TRS) for its 550 employees.
The Harvest Rewards portal incorporates new perks such tax-efficient childcare vouchers and holiday trading, and a new range of discounts. The website is provided by Motivano.
Paper TRS detailing the full value of staff packages were offered last year, but after feedback, Harvest decided to launch them online.
The portal was communicated through a roadshow run by the HR team at all key sites. More than half the workforce logged on to the portal in its first month.
Payroll and benefits manager Danielle Anderson said: "We recognised the importance of offering employees choice."
