Legal firm Hammonds has conducted an online survey of employees receiving perks via its flex scheme in order to find out if the options on offer are valued.
The firm has had a flex scheme in place since 1999 but is concerned that the perk, and the way it is communicated may have begun to appear outdated to some sections of the workforce. All staff, apart from partners, can select perks through the flex plan.
Alison Rowlands, rewards and benefits manager at Hammonds, said: "We wanted to see whether we are on the right lines."
