Grove Corporate Pensions has launched a new auto-enrolment support service which will help employers understand the impact of auto-enrolment.

The service will provide employers with information on how auto-enrolment will affect their business, an email-based support service, and updates on regulation relating to the 2012 pension reforms.

Ken Tymms, corporate pensions manager at Grove, said: "Two thirds of firms employing less than 250 employees do not currently have a pension scheme, so complying with the forthcoming auto-enrolment regime may be the first contact these firms have with pensions.

"It is imperative, therefore, that they plan ahead - whether they just want to comply with their new duties or take the initiative and review their total reward strategy. But they also need to explore the full range of scheme options open to them."
