GeoPost UK is to extend its flexible benefits scheme to its 3,300 weekly-paid staff in June.
The firm introduced flex, provided by Vebnet, for its 1,200 monthly-paid staff last October. Its weekly-paid staff are mainly drivers and warehouse workers.
Many of the benefits within flex are offered via salary sacrifice including pensions, childcare vouchers, top-up life assurance, bikes for work, and payroll giving.
Debbie Morey, compensation and benefits manager, said: “We have made projected savings of £235,000 a year by introducing salary sacrifice arrangements.”
Communications were tailored to employees’ location and hours worked.
