The telephone and Internet bank, First Direct, is increasing dental cover for employees under its healthcare cash plan.
The firm's 3,500 staff, who each receive between £1,000 and £2,500 to spend on a range of benefits each year, can choose three different levels of dental cover under the plan. The top level of cover will increase from around £125 to £150 a year.
The bank also has a health website, and a 24 hour GP-manned helpline.
