Experts to speak at Employee Benefits Pensions and Workplace Savings Summit

With auto-enrolment now under way and pensions issues still a priority for many organisations, leading employers will be on hand at the event to share their experiences.

On the first day, Wendy Taylor, head of central HR services at Morrisons, will describe how employers can prepare for the cost of helping staff with retirement savings.

In addition, Janine Sparks, reward manager, employee benefits at British Airways, will speak about pensions as part of a flexible retirement package. John Chilman, group reward and pensions director at FirstGroup, will follow with a look at investment strategies for pension schemes’ default funds.
