Law firm Ward Hadaway has introduced a flexible benefits scheme to boost employee engagement, provide new benefits, improve communication and get a better return on investment from its staff.
The scheme, provided by Portus Online, went live on 1 January 2012. It is available to all of the firm’s 400 employees.
New benefits include: a health cash plan, life assurance, critical illness insurance, dental insurance, travel insurance and an employee discounts scheme.
The firm already offered a pension scheme, childcare vouchers and a holiday purchase scheme.
Keith Milton, commercial director at Ward Hadaway, said: “The new scheme is part of an ongoing communication process to help our employees to better understand and take advantage of the benefits we offer to suit their lifestyles. It enables staff to take control of their benefit choices.”
